Jumblatt – Sharia is positive and coordination

Contrary to what was leaked in some media outlets about a negative atmosphere that prevailed between the former deputy Walid Jumblatt and the Syrian President Ahmed al -Shara during their meeting, well -informed sources confirmed that the meeting was very positive, and did not witness any tension or disagreement.

According to the sources, the two parties discussed a series of details related to the relationship between the new Syrian administration and the Druze in Syria, and it was agreed on how to manage it calmly and realistically.
The same sources indicated that the meeting was not only a protocol, but also witnessed an in -depth discussion about accurate political files, and that the understanding was the master of the situation.
The sources stressed that Jumblatt’s relationship with the Sharia President “has made an additional step forward”, which reflects the beginning of a new stage in communication between the two parties, which may later bear fruit from a wider coordination in files.
