We do not need anyone to defend us … a Syrian Druze leader raises the controversy with his statements

Al -Balous told Syrian media that he “started activating the role of the Ministry of Interior in As -Suwayda.”

He added: “There are parties that do not want to succeed in the consensus that took place in the province of As -Suwayda.”

And Sheikh Al -Balous said that “the sheikhdom of the mind that attended the As -Suwayda is required to implement the statement and deal with those who reject it.”

He continued: “We refuse to attack Syria and we do not need anyone to defend us.”
