The statement announced that “the suburb area in Beirut will not be a safe haven for Hezbollah.”

The statement indicated that “Israel will not allow Hezbollah to strengthen and pose any threat to it anywhere in Lebanon, and the Lebanese government will bear the direct responsibility to prevent these threats.”
