Mineral agreement with Ukraine may be signed next week

US President Donald Trump said that Ukraine and the United States have signed the mineral agreement and economic cooperation they are negotiating next week.

“We have a metal agreement, and I think it will be signed next Thursday,” Trump told reporters on Thursday evening at the White House, in a sign of agreement between the United States and Ukraine.

Later, Yulia Sviberidenko, First Vice President and Minister of Economy said that Ukraine and the United States signed a memorandum today, Thursday. Initial intentions as an initial step towards concluding an agreement on the exploitation of minerals in Ukraine.
