As for the municipal and optional elections, Qasim revealed that “we will run in the municipal elections with understanding and complete coordination with the Amal movement, the parties and the existing forces.”

He continued: “Lebanon cannot go with American guardianship, as it is the biggest devil, and it sponsors the cancerous gland, that is, Israel that must be uprooted.”

Qasim said: “Sheikh Ali Al -Khatib has great national positions and has a great role in national unity, and he is one of the supporters of the resistance.”

He concluded: “If today the Lebanese state takes a decision that Israel will bring out by force and open a battle, we are present to fight on the border.”
