The army stops those involved in smuggling weapons in the Bekaa

The Army Command – Directorate of Guidance issued the following statement:

Within the framework of combating arms smuggling across the Lebanese -Syrian border, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate in the Syrian Bekaa region (A.H.) was arrested for his involvement in arms trafficking and smuggling, and seized in possession of war weapons.

The units of the army also raided each of them, including a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate, the homes involved in the towns of Karak – Zahle and Gaza – the western Bekaa, and stopped the citizen (A.A.) who works for the arrested (A.H.).
The seizures were delivered and the investigation with the detainees was investigated under the supervision of the competent judiciary.
