Talks with Iran are dealing with nuclear and weapons

After describing the first round of the talks held last Saturday between Iran and America in Oman, the White House Special Envoy Steve Witkeov appeared, explaining that the next round will address the verification of the fertilization program and then at the end verification of the armament program.

Wittakov said that any diplomatic agreement with the Iranian side will depend on setting details of uranium enrichment and nuclear weapons programs in the country.

He added in an interview with Fox News yesterday evening, “It will be mainly related to verifying the fertilization program, then ultimately verifying armaments, and this includes the missiles and the type of missiles they stored there.”

Conflict about the place and the goal
However, he did not comment on the location of the second round, although a state of ambiguity drew this issue during the past days.

While Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani indicated yesterday that it would be held in Rome, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman, Ismail Baqai, announced that the second round will be held in Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman.
