“The brigade members are also participating in operational activities that precede until the training of leaders in all sectors,” Hayoun added, pointing out that “the Torah is an important element that accompanies all soldiers, from leaders and even new recruits.”

He continued: “We invest a lot in the rehabilitation of leaders. We are keen that all leaders are the Torah scholars. The basic standard here is the Torah. The leaders and soldiers are studying the Torah in a participatory manner according to the method of Haftota,” he said.

“Motivation is an essential element in the activities of the brigade, where leaders of the elite units such as (Shaldag) come to us … even when they are from different units, they come with great motivation,” as he put it.

He certainly concluded that “a new regiment will be announced soon, and that there is an increase in the numbers of recruits since the” Hanuka “feast,” stressing that “this is not the most important thing.
