Prices "Entry" Swimming pools in the summer of 2025: How will it be?

Lebanon today

With the summer and high temperatures, the Lebanese, as every year, start heading to the beaches and swimming pools to enjoy the sunny weather.
However, with the approaching of the opening of the doors of swimming pools, many people raise questions about the “income” prices for this summer, especially after the spread of a list of fictional prices on social media platforms, which shocked many.
How will the situation be this year? Are these prices exaggerated?

Information correction: There is no need to worry about the traded prices

The Secretary -General of Tourism Corporation in Lebanon and the Captain of the owners of the Maritime Tourist Communities, Jean Beiruti, confirms that the income rates to the swimming pools are subject to the supervision of the Lebanese Ministry of Tourism,
Where it is approved by the ministry and declared to the public.
In a special statement to the website MtvAnd Beiruti explained that “the prices that were traded on some social media pages are not correct and are not related to reality.”
He pointed out that the owners of marine institutions have completely denied their health.

Beiruti added that the prices this year will not witness a big difference from last year, as the increase in some places will be slight, which is justified by the high operational cost of swimming pools, including salaries and competition between institutions for the quality of the services provided.

Reasonable and varying prices: How do you distribute?

Beiruti revealed that the real prices for the entry of swimming pools in Lebanon for this summer range from 10 and 40 dollars, and the citizen can choose the place that suits him in terms of price and service.
He stated that all institutions that provide these services have high specifications, as swimming pools in Lebanon seek to improve the quality of their services continuously to meet the aspirations of visitors.

Beiruti recommended that the Lebanese make sure of the prices circulating on social media platforms before going to the pools, to ensure that the prices are suitable for them and their families.
In this context, he stressed the need to pre -see these details to avoid any financial shocks.

Swimming pools in southern Lebanon: updates and reforms

As for maritime tourism institutions in southern Lebanon, Beiruti indicated that although the number of swimming pools in the south is limited compared to other regions, the institutions there began the process of modernization and maintenance in preparation for the summer season 2025.
He expected these institutions to witness a greater demand this year due to the reforms that have been made to provide better services and attract more visitors.

The impact of political decisions on tourism: optimism returns to Lebanon

On the other hand, Beiruti expressed optimism about the decision of both the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates to allow their citizens to travel to Lebanon, which is a positive step in strengthening Lebanese tourism this summer.
He also expressed his hope that the other Gulf states will raise the ban imposed on traveling to Lebanon, which will contribute to improving the tourist and economic situation in the country.

A message to the Lebanese: Love of the homeland first

At the end of his statements, Beiruti sent a message to the Lebanese, calling on them “the love of their country once and to work for its interest and not in the interest of any other country.”
He stressed that this period in which Lebanon is witnessing great challenges at all levels requires that everyone join to support the tourism and economic sector in the country, in a way that benefits the homeland and citizens.

Summer expectations: Lebanese tourism and economy

Many experts indicate that the summer of 2025 will be an important period for Lebanese tourism, especially in light of the measures taken by the government to improve the situation in the tourism sector.
The increasing interest in tourism institutions in Lebanon by several countries, such as Britain and the UAE, is a positive indication of the ability of the tourism sector to recover and achieve a remarkable recovery after years of recession.

Although prices may witness some slight increase, they remain within the reasonable limits, as Jean Beiruti emphasized,
This shows that this summer season will be full of opportunities for those wishing to enjoy Lebanese beaches and swimming pools.
In this context, awareness of the entry prices and knowledge of the available services before visiting the swimming pools remains an important matter that every visitor must take into account to avoid unpleasant surprises.
