Trump: The Houthis “surrender” and the strikes will stop

US President Donald Trump announced that the Houthis “surrendered”, promising that the American bombing of Yemen would stop “immediately.”
Upon receiving Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carne at the oval office, Trump said: “The Houthis have announced that they no longer want to fight. They simply do not want to fight anymore. We will honor that. We will stop the bombing, and they surrendered.”
