Municipal and optional elections … then another day

What the Lebanese towns are witnessing from the election competition is the least that is said to be healthy and democratic that the Lebanese people have been tempted by all their wounds. It was optimized that I made my electoral duty in the country, which received me and opened his arms and embraced me, Canada, so I participated in the Federal Parliamentary elections five days before its official date for travel, and I chose a candidate of Lebanese origin who belongs to the Conservative Party, Grace Daw, in the face of the current liberal party candidate, who won the elections with a slight difference, not convinced of me With the preference of this, on that or vice versa, but rather from the conviction that it is necessary to elected who is or who is of Lebanese origin without taking into account any party belonging or belonging.
The lesson in the democratic and sporting spirit of this electoral battle between the two competitors of this Parliamentary Parliament, as the losing candidate Grace Daw immediately after announcing the results congratulated her competitor from the liberal party I am Kutrax, which is of Greek origin, thanking all those who voted for her, especially the sons of the Lebanese and Arab Ghaliti, and promised to work The principles and slogans, which were raised during their election campaign.
Among the matters that drew me in these elections is that the pursuit of the aforementioned position is not an honor, but a mandate. This assignment requires many local data, and at the top of these data bears responsibility with merit, confidence and commitment to what people have previously prepared, and thus respect for their choice, regardless of the result of voting in the polls, which are based on the principle of the majority that govern the minority that opposes. In both cases, the responsibility remains shared in providing the best to develop society in a way that secures voters, the losers and the winners, a better decent life.
I noticed from the first day in which the feet of the beloved and precious land, which does not compensate, have noticed that the electoral battles with their municipal and optional level are innerous in an unprecedented and unusual form, against the background of some partisan motives and family disputes of a local nature. This explains this competitive direction that is not “honorable” at times, which is translated through some campaigns, which are launching on social media, which have become an open platform for insulting and defaming the personality without taking into account what these sensitivities can lead to separate incidents, and of course come out of the natural democratic path of any competitive electoral battle.
After the fourth of this month, the date of the elections in Mount Lebanon, another day. Then the days continue to prove the validity of the choice, negatively or positively. In the result of the screening, it is assumed that the municipal and optional councils will become for all people, whether those who elected them or those who elected those who saw them that they are able to achieve more development services.
After this date, the elected councils become for all without discrimination or bias. But if daily practices prove the opposite, things may get worse than the situation before the elections, and the slogans that were raised during the election campaigns turned into just empty slogans of any heterogeneous realistic content with the good intentions shown.
