A very secret document … This is what the United Nations will do to face financial challenges

An internal memorandum revealed that the United Nations is considering implementing a widespread structural reform aimed at facing worsening financial challenges, foremost of which is the implications of reducing US financing during President Donald Trump’s era.

According to the note, which was described very quickly, ”the proposed reform may include integrating major agencies, transporting human resources and operations to less expensive locations around the world.

The document consisting of six pages includes a wide range of organizational proposals, including integrating dozens of organization agencies into four main departments that include: peace and security, human affairs, sustainable development, and human rights.

Among the most prominent proposals is to integrate the operational aspects of the World Food Program, the World Health Organization, UNICEF and the High Commissioner for Refugees, in a unified entity for humanitarian affairs, in an attempt to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. (Sky News)
