Because of the many problems that generate every day in Lebanon, and for every day his concerns, the President of the Republic, Joseph Aoun, does not envy the state of the country. Despite all these difficulties, President Mikati succeeded with a government that boycotted its sessions a good number of ministers in preserving the institutions that were left in the country, and prevented it from collapsing completely through his external and internal contacts, through which he tried to prevent the great impact, politically, security and economically.
And if we want to make a quick comparison between yesterday and today we see that daily problems and concerns are increasing and multiplying, even though the country no longer lives in the state of emptiness, which was for two years and three months was one of the most difficult things that had passed through Lebanon. Today, Lebanon lives in the shadow of a full -standing government in terms of constitutional powers, which were not available with the caretaker government, which left alone what it is unable to confront the government of “reform and rescue”.

What President Aoun is trying to do in terms of bringing the distance between reality and its problems that cannot be solved with a button and between the wishes of the department’s speech that impressed everyone, colliding with a series of obstacles, which I faced on the day he was the commander of the army, even if the responsibility was less comprehensive and less difficult than it is today.
