The Minister of Culture left for Qatar


The Minister of Culture, Dr. Ghassan Salama Beirut, left this afternoon, heading to the Gulf at an official invitation.

It will be his first stop in the State of Qatar to participate in the opening of the International Orientalist Conference, which will be held in Mushirb -Doha headed by the Minister of Education and Higher Education Sheikha Lulwa Bint Rashid Al -Khater, and Minister Salama will be the guest of the opening session of the axis of “towards a balanced civilized communication”.

On the sidelines of his visit, the Minister of Culture will also hold a series of meetings with officials in the State of Qatar.

The second station for Minister Salama tour will be for the United Arab Emirates, to participate as a major speaker in a dialogue session entitled “Heritage for Peace: Conservation of Archaeological Sites in Conflict Zones”, within the programs of the 34th session of the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair, whose activities start during the period from April 26 to May 5 in the Adenk Abu Dhabi Center.

The Minister of Culture will have a series of meetings with officials in the Emirates.
