We thank all the deputies who voted alongside the right

The ownership union thanks to all the deputies who voted alongside the right to drop the urgent proposal to suspend the work of the rental law for non -residential places, and to thanks the president and members of the Administration and Justice Committee who stood an impenetrable dam in the face of disrupting the work of an enforceable law, restores the balance to the relationship between the lessors and the tenants according to the principles of truth, justice and equality, and within the gradual periods of time. If the House of Representatives did the opposite, a major setback would be against the council itself, especially the Administration and Justice Committee that studied the law in a number of parliamentary sessions before it was presented to the money and the budget, then voted on it, and the last in its publication year and three months.
Here we recall that the application of this law provides millions of dollars in revenues for the state treasury and for the towns, and contributes to moving the economic wheel, and in providing places and departments for commercial institutions, and most importantly, it restores consideration to individual property. In the name of the old owners, we hope that fairness be alongside our side also in the Constitutional Council, starting from its historic decision in 2014 in housing rents, and also based on the report of the State Shura Council that the law must be published in the Official Gazette, with the House of Representatives confirming yesterday and insisting on adhering to the enforcement of this law and the necessity of starting its application without any obstacles.
