The Armenians came out of the fire in gold

Representative George Bushkien said in a statement: “On this day, we bend a reverence for the souls of more than a million and a half million martyrs who fell into the Armenian genocide.

He added: “On the 109th anniversary of the Armenian genocide, we recall the tragedy of a people whom the annihilation wanted, and I am in the fire. But the Armenians, from the fire, went out gold.”
He concluded: “From the ashes of the massacres, they got up a solid, alive, and active people, wherever the manufacture of hope is, and the structure of a civilization.”
