The Kuwaiti newspaper “Qabas” indicated that the Court of Appeal sentenced to the imprisonment of military personnel, a Kuwaiti doctor, an Iraqi expatriate, and two people who are not limited to nationality, for a period of 5 years, “in the case of the arrest of a Lebanese doctor, seized him in other than the legal authorities and kidnapping him,” and fabricated the issue of possession of narcotic and mentally influential materials, and forgery in an official editor.

The Public Prosecution stated in a statement, that two of the accused “military in the Ministry of Interior” stopped the victim and a narrative and mentally influential materials in his vehicle, and made a record of seizure in contradiction to the truth, with the aim of removing him from the country, in agreement with the rest of the accused.

The newspaper added: “It is reported that the Ministry of Interior was able to decipher the malicious issue and remove the Lebanese doctor from it after conducting investigations, and presented the accused to justice.” (Al -Qabas)
