Al -Zain meets the invitation of the Union of Municipalities of Deir al -Ahmar and inspects the waste sorting project

Environment Minister Tamara Al -Zein has authorized the invitation of the Union of Municipalities of the Deir Al -Ahmar region in cooperation with the International Cooperation Agency for the VNGI Municipal Federation to visit the waste sorting factory in Deir al -Ahmar, where she was received by the sponsor of the Maronite Diocese of Deir Al -Ahmar, Bishop Hanna Rahma, and a member of the “Strong Republic” bloc, MP Antoine Habashi, and the head of the Municipal Union Jean Fakhry with the mayors of the municipalities of Deir Al -Ahmar Latif, the rain, Barqa Ghassan, Ayata Michel Rahma, Al -Zarazer Taban Habashi, the representative of the International Agency for the Union of Netherlands, Ziyad Moussa, the coordinator of the “Lebanese Forces” and a number of mayors.

Minister Al -Zain has briefed the reality of the laboratory and listened to the environmental challenges facing the region, stressing that she “puts at the heart of her interest every possible contribution to address environmental problems, especially at the levels of villages and towns that have proven an effective model in managing its files and specifically the waste file”, noting “the environmental“ EFROZ ”project and in cooperation between the Union of Municipalities of Deir Al -Ahmar and the Union of Municipalities Holland”.
