As for Hezbollah, it is in front of two options that have no third: either serious engagement in the state project, or a escalating internal and external isolation.
At the same time, Israel remains ready to invest every Lebanese weakness, security and politically, to impose its conditions on everyone.
What is required today is not only a dialogue between the state and the party, but a comprehensive national vision that redefines the concept of sovereignty, and puts an end to the state of institutional disintegration that allows all parties – internal and external – to manipulate the fate of Lebanon.
