A member of the Knesset calls on Netanyahu to invade Rafah during Ramadan

Israeli Member of the Knesset, Almog Cohen, called on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to enter Rafah and immediately launch a large-scale military operation, especially during the month of Ramadan.

Almog Cohen said on Wednesday: “We must enter Rafah in the month of Ramadan specifically, when everyone is tired, exhausted and fasting,” considering that “this is the best time to gather them and dismantle their strength.”

US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller had announced earlier that the United States considers Israel launching a military operation in the city of Rafah to increase Tel Aviv’s isolation on the world stage.
