The Department of Administration followed the study of proposed laws related to administrative judiciary
The subcommittee emanating from the Administration and Justice Committee, which is charged with studying proposals for laws related to the administrative judiciary, held a session at nine thirty before noon on Monday, headed by the Chairman of the Committee, Representative George Uqais, and in the presence of Representatives Hussein Al-Haj Hassan and Halima Al-Qaqour, and Judge Nadine Rizq, representing the Shura Council, on behalf of the Ministry of Justice. State Judge Samih Maddah, on behalf of the Lebanese Judges Club, Judge Muhammad Fawaz and Judge Najat Abu Shakra, and on behalf of the Beirut Syndicate, lawyer Rizq Zgheib.
The committee continued studying the articles on proposed laws related to the administrative judiciary, and the members of the committee deliberated on the articles related to additional requests and corresponding requests. It completed the articles of this section and moved the lesson to the articles of the third section, which is related to requests for intervention and entry, and discussed some of its articles.
After discussion and deliberation among the members of the committee, the articles it studied were approved after amending a number of them and suspending one article for further study. The session was adjourned, with the committee continuing its work in the next session.
