Despite the current pressures, it continues its mission through its centers extending across the country through the pastoral intervention it carries out where this service is rarely available, to confirm that it is at the heart of community development. We look forward with you today to enter a new phase of work and social service and improve care on a more sustainable basis for the most needy groups. My timer

The iftar concluded with a speech by President Mikati, in which he said: “Dear friends, a thousand greetings in this holy month to those in charge of the Islamic Orphanage and to the sons and daughters of this noble home.
This large house has many homes, good donations, and determination known for its giving, public service, and distinguished care that qualified this house to last for decades, to grow, branch out, and expand, so that its care extends to generations of children who grew up, as our Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, grew up. He was an orphan far from the embrace of the family, so the home was for them a father, mother, grandfather, and uncle who embraced them, provided them with warmth, care, and raised them on good Islamic values. This matter would not have been possible without the determination of people of virtue and benevolence, who give the best and most generous of what they have, so that it can be said with all objectivity that no deprivation takes place in this house.”

He added: “Oh honorable party, it is a beautiful irony this year that all Lebanese sects meet in one time of fasting, in which we all rise to the values of goodness, love and tolerance, in this month, the month of patience and sympathy, in which we return to ourselves, fasting, contemplating and delving deeper into the essence of… Fasting is to emerge more determined and stronger, in order to unify our national positions.
God Almighty said: “O you who have believed, fasting is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become righteous.” So, will we all emerge from this fast, with all our sects, fearing God Almighty, so that we may protect this country together as we built it together?

He continued: “This is Lebanon, and we are all responsible for this civilized image and for re-promoting the Lebanese formula and not allowing it to be weakened.” And God willing, we will continue to succeed in this matter despite all the challenges we are experiencing, first and foremost confronting the Israeli enemy, which is wreaking havoc in our southern land, killing, destroying and displacing, just as it does in afflicted Gaza and all the occupied territories, where we wake up every day to painful massacres under the eyes of a deaf world. His ears and eyes are aware of what is happening, regardless of the love of his father’s people, who cling to their land and pay a high price for their right to their land and identity.”

He pointed out that “the campaigns and positions that the government is exposed to, despite the delicate circumstances and the criticality of the situation, will not push us to despair or frustration, nor to accept what could harm our homeland, threaten our unity, and disrupt the role of our institutions, first and foremost the national and constitutional role of the government.” Our hand is extended to all political forces to cooperate together if we truly want good for our citizens and prosperity for our country.”

He said: “We will not waste any more time, but rather we will continue to affirm in practice that we are continuing to bear our full responsibilities for the good of Lebanon and its entire people, away from the factional considerations that some use to achieve goals and objectives that have never resembled our national behavior that is inclusive and embraces all the people of the country.” Our current priority is to work to find appropriate and acceptable solutions to the social issues raised and people’s concerns, taking into account maintaining the minimum balance in state revenues and expenses.”

He added: “We will never be drawn into quarrels, and we will continue to work above narrow calculations and personal considerations to preserve the entity of the state and its institutions. As for those who criticize the government for continuing its work, he must take the initiative to carry out his duties in electing a new president of the republic, to complete the contract of constitutional institutions and their convergence in One workshop for the advancement of the nation.
Electing His Excellency the President is the primary task of the representatives, not a free shot at a government that everyone knows is facing challenges one after another in a spirit of responsibility.”

He concluded: “And as God Almighty said in the Holy Qur’an: (And when My servants ask you about Me, then I am near. I answer the call of the supplicant when he calls upon Me.”) I repeat what I believe in word and deed, repeating the supplication: Oh God, give our souls strength and purify them. You are better than those who purify them. You are their protector and master. Our Lord, inspire us with patience and tranquility and subject us to what You love and are pleased with.
Oh God, O Most Merciful, O Most Merciful, protect Lebanon and make it a safe and reassured country, protect all of its people with your care and care, and grant them tranquility and peace.
From the heart of a believer, I continue to carry out my national and constitutional duties with determination and steadfastness, feeling that responsibility is a trust and a human feeling, not authority and exclusion.
I rely on God Almighty, inspired by guidance and guidance from the Lebanese citizen who refuses to surrender and praise God for what has been, and for what will be. Peace, mercy and blessings of God”.
