With British participation, Jordan carries out 8 airdrops of aid to northern Gaza

On Monday, the Jordanian army carried out 8 airdrops of humanitarian aid to the northern Gaza Strip, as part of efforts aimed at redressing the humanitarian catastrophe resulting from the continuing brutal Israeli aggression and the implemented blockade.

The aid landing operations witnessed the participation of 6 countries, including Britain, for the first time since many Arab and foreign countries began participating in airdropping humanitarian aid into the besieged Strip.

The Jordanian army said in a statement, “Today, Monday, the Jordanian Armed Forces carried out 8 airdrops carrying humanitarian and food aid, with the participation of brotherly and friendly countries, targeting a number of sites in the northern Gaza Strip.”

According to the same statement, a Jordanian Air Force plane, one plane each from Egypt, the Emirates, Germany and Singapore, two planes from the United States, and a plane from Britain participated in the operation, which was “its first participation with the Jordanian Armed Forces.” (Arabic 21)
