Will the security situation explode in Tripoli after Eid?

Danny Haddad wrote on the MTV website:

Hardly a day goes by without trouble in Tripoli. The capital of the north, the capital of deprivation, is almost becoming the capital of chaos in security, without receiving sufficient attention from a country in which the so-called “axis leaders” have become stronger.

Representative Faisal Karami warned, three months ago, of what we have reached. He describes Tripoli as “abandoned to its fate, without immunity to face the economic crises that weigh on most of the city’s residents three times more than what happens in other regions.”

Tripoli has an old story of deprivation. The prime minister is from the city that is represented in all governments, without this leaving a positive impact. Development did not pass from here, nor did the state strike with an iron hand. Indeed, some of its tools employ the “shabiha of the neighborhoods” on their behalf.
In Tripoli, which is different from other cities in many ways, there are no meters for electricity generators. The Ministry of Economy is not doing its part. And state security as well. We don’t know the reason. Maybe if the hero of wonder was known!

Therefore, generators were the fuse that ignited many problems at times, and from one word to another, the matter reached conflict, shooting, and sometimes missiles. If the devices stopped a wanted person, he would return, like a rooster, after a few weeks or months to crow on his dunghill again…
Representative Faisal Karami told the MTV website: “I checked with more than one party, but everyone is evading responsibility and shifting it to others, while citizens suffer from the imposition of brotherhoods and the actions of the shabiha. “On your eyes, municipality and agencies.”
Karami points out that “the army, the commander and director of intelligence, in addition to the officers in the region, are carrying out their duties, but they cannot bear this burden alone,” pointing out that “Tripoli needs 900 members of the security forces, of which only about a quarter are available.”
He added: “The only positive thing about the issue is that the background to the problems is individual or family, and not political, but I warn against it becoming that way at any moment,” revealing information about the possible deterioration of the security situation in Tripoli after Eid al-Fitr.
Karami’s information coincides with security reports about tension in some neighborhoods between groups said to be supportive of Hezbollah and others for the Salafists, which increases caution against confrontations that may take on a political nature and lead to dangerous security chaos, which turns the confrontation between families into battles between two regional axes.

About 30 people who previously held the title of “axis leaders” have today turned into shabiha who attack passers-by and impose raids on shops. These are known by name. They all went to prison and then came out stronger. On the other hand, there are tens of thousands who suffer from them, and the situation is bad in a city that is almost one of the poorest in this East. The city happens to be the birthplace of “the president’s country”.
