Because of Lebanon…this is how an Israeli minister criticized Netanyahu

The Israeli Minister of Development of the Negev and Galilee, Yitzhak Wasserlauf, criticized Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s handling of the deteriorating security situation on the border between Lebanon and Israel.

In a statement reported by the Israeli newspaper Maariv, Wasserlauf said that Netanyahu must make promises that can be fulfilled and adhered to, especially on the northern front.

He added: “We are in a state of war, and tanks are in the squares in the settlements bordering Lebanon. Without security, the residents of the north will not return to their homes. I expect that the solution to the problem will be postponed for a few months, and I hope that a government decision will be issued regarding the front with Lebanon soon.”
